Hello, I'm Henry.

Welcome aboard my blog's home.

If you come along with me, you'll become acquainted with my motley mates and faithful crew:

Experiences, Sightings, Observations, Impressions, Ideas, Reflections, Remembrances, Insights and Commentary.

They, after all, have accompanied me for as long as I can recall. Their tenure has helped me turn my tiller, fill my sails, and transport me over seas to distant lands. Maybe if you take the time to get to know them, a few will do the same for you.

Click this way and scroll along if you please...Enjoy your stay.

Key West Skyworks

The Fourth of July fireworks celebrate Independence. Humans light fires and shoot them into the air...to ooh and ahh....to oh and awe...to whoa and omg. To the audiences in attendance. Of course, nature does this display every day. Lightning flashes and thunder roars across a high sky. Magnificent storm clouds float by ready to rain on their parade.  Showers and gusts rewind, replenish and cleanse the air.

Yesterday Mother nature outdid herself. Her sunset sky show was electric, vibrant and radiant. One could not help but see her freedom on display. Nature was also celebrating an independent spirit!

All of the following photos were taken of the same Key West sky within 15-20 minutes of each other. In all my years on the water, I have never observed a more colorful collection of clouds and colors.
